Your goals are my goals. As a Clinical Psychologist and Executive Coach, my unique, interdisciplinary career has long been dedicated to my clients’ personal growth and professional development. At home or at the office—meaningful relationships, purposeful engagement, peace of mind—these are some of the areas that matter most. For, as a visionary in the field of mental health once observed, “love and work” are essential to our humanity.
My own professional journey has been an organic one. Undergraduate study in Labor Relations and Organizational Behavior led to early roles in corporate Human Resources. But individuals are complex creatures and always evolving. Eager to understand and work with people on a deeper level, I pursued a doctorate in Clinical Psychology, postgraduate study in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and continuing education in Leadership and Executive Coaching.
By nature, I prefer to think in terms of “both/and” versus “either/or.“ An integrated Psychotherapy and Executive Coaching practice resonates with me, as these complementary disciplines inform and enrich one another. While the approaches may differ, both lead to increased awareness, emotional resilience, and more positive and rewarding relationships.
I’m guided by a highly developed intuitive sense matched by an ability to identify core issues for exploration and resolution, a straightforward style balanced with empathy and compassion, and a healthy respect for results and the bottom line. And nothing is better than helping people connect with their superpowers and become their best selves.
